Does anyone lower the power slider in CCC to keep the the cards from eating lots of electricity? How does this affect fps in games?

Whats the arm pit for? Whys it hairy? And why do men have nipples?

I got crossfire cause I'm not worried about power usage

And yes, it will likely cause gpu to downclock when certain power draw reached.

To look good on men and awful on women

Setting it to +20% is the first thing I do after installing the drivers.

I don't believe the power slider really massively changes the wattage these cards draw, and if you've got two or more of them installed you're hardly power conscious in the first place.

I neither gain nor lose any fps in bf3 whether i have it set to +20 or minus -20.

I've got an OWL energy monitor and my 2x 6950's do not use very much more power under load than my old 4890. At idle they use significantly less.
