Next day delivery never showed up -

Do you know what really grinds my gears...ahha

I'd just like to share my anger that has accumulated after waiting in for the whole day for a next day delivery parcel to arrive an order that i placed sunday night/Monday am, that should have turned up by 5 o'clock today.

Anyone else really hate this promised delivery malarkey?

Share your bad experiences of delivery!
 
He doesn't mention what company the order was placed with.

I feel your frustration tho :S why I try to use DPD when I can as so far they've never failed to delivery next day. Some other companies *cough*DX Secure*cough* are terrible for often failing to manage next day.
 
Yes this really grinds my gears! :(

If it doesn't come by the promised date, I'll leave it one more day. If it doesn't come the next day - There is hell to pay, and I'll be on the phone/writing angry emails :p
 
It isn't related to Overclocker. Sim it was whoever optimum nutrition use, maybe Citylink im not sure. I think the only positive feedback i can give about couriers is that DPD always deliver my stuff next day before 9am for £1.99. Which is considerably better than the £5 i just paid for it not to turn up

Marky, dont you ask for a refund?

should we pay for a service that hasnt been given?
 
Had a package by Royal Mail this morning at 7.16am in the bloody morning. On my day off as well. I was fuming by the time i opened the door, and he stood there with a package, 'here you go mate' handed me the package and walked off to his van. Un*******believable, i thought and went back to bed.

True story.

But what about it never being delivered at all :P i personally love being woken up to the sight of an unopened box haha especially when i cant remember what ive ordered

It always arrives, i've only had 1 item not arrive and that was from Play and they sent me another for free, even if it's a day late. There's a package arriving daily from somewhere and tbh i dont even open it as soon as i get, usually 3-4 days and then try to figure out whats in all the packages.

But if you pay for a service, like Next Day Delivery, and it doesnt arrive in tim then you should get credit or something.
