Can other people find my comments on YouTube?

I sometimes troll YouTube videos in the comments section. Could say my parents find all comments posted by my username, or find out what videos I've watched? I can't find anything definitive on Google.

The name that's still in the signature not a bit of a clue? :p

I don't use YouTube comments but my first thought would be deleting the comments if it isn't too many and you can remember what you trolled.

Can you delete your YouTube account? Will that delete all linked comments? Or is there a history function so you can see subscribed videos/comments?

Oops so there's more than one thicko in this thread (for the record I'm talking about me ref scuba's sig, though I wasn't sure if someone had nicked it for a joke).

Deleting the account could work as it's hardly a leading account. Although I'm not sure that will delete all my comments. But I still want to post rude comments on people's vids (apart from when I get pms abusing me back :D).

This is all part of my online security drive.
