My friend bought it for me as a gag Christmas present.

If there's any genuine interest in a user review, I'll put some hours in an do it. So far all the online reviews are jokes - hilarious ones - but, I don't know, maybe someone would like an actual review?

Don't people get an education so as to avoid being a street cleaner? Why would you willing want to spend time on your computer in your spare time cleaning virtual streets?

downloaded for the lolz, played for 10 mins.

Ignoring the mundane idea behind the game it has poor graphics, terrible controls and is full of very odd bugs. Map system didn't work very well at all and is worthy of about 1/10.

When compared to other simulator games such as MS Train Simulator it's really really ****!!

Thats about all you need to know about it.

I downloaded the demo of Farming Simulator for the same reason, and had the same result. Bloody awful game. I mean, I suspected it would be of course, but there was some small joy in obtaining confirmation. :)

I was shocked to see a shelf full of street sweeper simulator in game on oxford st a few months ago. I wonder if they sold a single copy. Very surprising to see it get a bricks an mortar UK retail release. I actually took a photo!

Single player is a bit drab but multiplayer is really fun , you can soup up your Vehicle with extra suspension and add a high power, turbo, nitro, super, extreme vacuum attachment and clean the street 0.07seconds faster than befo..yawn....zzzzzzzzz

Nah you just go straight through them. As well as being an absolutely terrible concept for a game it is also really, really buggy. I have no idea why anyone put forward money to have this developed. It's quite interesting something so **** actually saw the light of day.

This crap gets a publisher's backing, yet there are literally hundreds of excellent indy developers with original games scratching out a living through digital download channels.

It's a damning indictment of the way today's games industry operates.

It does make you wonder what goes through the minds of the devs when they have group meetings before designing the game.

It must be just one man at the top, the CEO saying "right you little scrotes, make me a street cleaning simulator. I don't care how it looks or how it plays, just do it right now, i want it in shops by next week"
