Spec me a decent Graphics Card from the Sale

Gigabyte have a UK based RMA center with a maximum 5 day turn-around.

They do include a custom cooler on the ones OCUK sell (the SOC model) but I strongly believe the stock designed heatsink/vapour chamber is a great design, it also exhausts all hot air directly out of the rear of the case.

I was hoping to stick one under water so would prefer a brand that didn't necessarily void their warranty if I do so lol. I believe there's one or two like that?

Can take longer than 5 days!

EVGA

If you buy from OcUK you can stick it under water, and gigabyte are usually cool with it, as are MSI

Are EVGA cool with it too?

So It's between the EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD Superclocked 1280MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (012-P3-1573-KR) or

EVGA GeForce GTX 560TI Dual Shock Superclocked 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (01G-P3-1567-KR)

I reckon something below the £300 mark should keel me over until kepler, so any recommendations for something Nvidia under £300?

EVGA officially allow it
Go for their standard 560Ti

To process the RMA? or does that include the postal time also;)

What do you mean by process?

IF it's a stop gap, get a GTX 480 or a 580 off Member's Market.

+1

Basically the time from arrival to a new/replacement or a fault fix being sent back out, the time it takes a courier to deliver to and from is extra.

Ah, in that case my point still stands :)

Took around 2 weeks to process my RMA.

They tried to fix it first, then gave up and gave me a 580 after 2.5 weeks :D

That's pretty good but won't need it for that long lol but that clock speed is awesome. What about one of the 448 edition ones? I'll be putting it under water and ocing it anyway so wouldn't that MSI or zotac one perform better that at 384? Plus bit more vram for bf3 lol

Well if it's a stop gap, i'd spend as little as possible. TBPH, you could probably get away with a GTX 460!

That's a good card for air, but not so good for water.

A 560Ti would be enough as a stop gap, a high end 580 would be a complete waste!

bloody hell harps i bet you didnt expect 4 pages of that did you . no worries there are some good lads sorting you now
cheers
