It certainly is. It's also probably the most obvious choice in these threads too. Gotta love the Churchill quotes though, I particularly like this one:

“The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.”

I have always found Martin Niemöller's quote very inspirational:

First they came for the communists,
