Drugs smell

We live in a 4th floor flat with a neighbour who doesn't appear to have a job and spends all day a d night getting really high.

This smell somehow gets into our flat, does anyone know anything we can use to get rid of it?

Having friends/family round with the flat smelling like a drugs den is really embarrassing.

Cut some onions in half and place the halves in bowls of water. Put them on the window sill with the windows open. Ive done this at work to help get rid of the strong smell of fresh paint in newly decorated houses.

If he finds out I did it there will be hell to pay, also are the police even interested in Cannabis any more?

Air fresheners arnt strong enough and having the window open is a bit tough when its -4 outside.

We aren't on speaking terms since I complained to the management company about his constant parties. I tried talking to him first but he refused to listen and kept swearing at us.

My mate turns on the heater for her entire house and it works pretty well tbh, can't smell anything when you come in. No idea how it works, but it does

She also lights incense and candles, which also seem to do the trick.

Oh! And opening windows.

Febreeze, thats about it unless you speak to him. police cant do anything on a phone call of a smell lol.

If you don't want to face him in person put a note under his door warning him that the apartment smells of ganga and if he doesn't take actions to reduce the smell then official complaints will be made to authorities.

Man up and ring those police / crimestoppers like people said. You want drug using wasters to really live next to you and ruin your area? Like you said he doesn't work, he does drugs, he swears at you for just talking to him / getting him to be reasonable so is he really trust-able or worth letting stay around?
