You HE-FOG BEAST
As long as I can still see my **** and walk under my own power I don't care

)My BMI is 25.2, looks like I'm overweight![]()
some people genetically have large muscle mass without ever touching weights.
Mike Tyson for example swore he never ever touched weights in his life and was genetically muscular.
mike tyson is not an average person neither is any professional sports person.
fact of the matter is, doctors around the world use it to judge peoples weight. If you want to try and pick examples where it doesn't work feel free, but you are fighting a stupid battle lol.
Jesus Christ you're so full of it sometimes man. To says he never touched weights is misleading in itself; he still weight trained, just not always with conventional bench/squat/deadlift routines. He once claimed (very different to "swore he never") that he only did dips, press ups, sit ups and shrugs with a barbell. Chances are this was all just smack talk to confuse or wind up his opponents - who'd have thought that from a boxer.
However let's face it, tips, push ups and shrugs are a way of bodybuilding. He wasn't genetically muscly, he simply built up his body. Even if he did do it the way he claimed, that is definitely weight lifting by definition!
This is not a genetic anomaly, it's sheer weight lifting, nutrition and science. Stop preaching your "LULZ GENETICS IS THE BE ALL AND END ALL" BS that is based on no fact and pure Psycho (how apt) Sonny speculation, brah.

Well that's one attitude.
The other is " So long as I don't develop diabetes and am not a eyesore on society I don't care"
(By the way, I am overweight but I am just saying I am shooting for the latter rather than your opinion)
How dairy you patronise me.
Lettuce be cereal, you can claim all the "black genetics lulz" baloney you want mate, he's not got to that size by having a darker shade of skin. He's got to that size by lifting weight; be that his own body weight or the weight of a big round disc on either end of a bar, it was lifting weight none the less.
you said it was useless if you are a bodybuilder.
now you are saying it's not useful for anyone who does a sport at a high level.
make your mind up, i was just proving that it's not just stupid for bodybuilders but anyone who intensely works out on a regular basis in a sport where muscle strength is needed.
explain why blacks have big chickens and asians have small ones?
genetics or not?
So you think sports people give two ****s about their BMI? What are you on.
Am I debating the differences in genetic make up? No.
Am I debating whether Mike Tyson got tanked up with huge muscles and power from no physical execise, but rather the fact he is black, yes.
I think this is quite apt:
even though he focused on cardio and boxing and not so much on weights.

Citation needed.
I'm just going to post that whenever you sprout such tosh from now on![]()
