Forza 4

Had some fun getting the feel back for this after another week off. The Silverstone rivals for feb is top stuff. Get to use some of my favourite drivers cars, which I drive not so bad for a change, specifically my lotus.

i dont mind the rivals drift event.. shame the best event tho is set as a "Track day" not only is the track very narrow its also very hard to overtake them idiots..

drag is out of question.. never liked it

Ugh. I hate the track day type events. I've been doing some of those in single player. The AI is retarded. Veering about, braking right on the apex of a turn so they're totally unpredictable... nightmare.

Yeah it's damn annoying. But it's so damn rewarding when you get it right!
Full lap of Nord with no collisions! Still don't think I've quite managed it with a decent time!

That's what got me addicted to the Indianapolis track day. Getting that near perfect lap is massively rewarding but when you're half a second up and about to hit the top 100 and they sandwich you on the last bend!?!?!
I couldn't touch it for a week after in fear of losing control and smashing all my electricals in a fit of frustration.

i have punched my desk so many times because of the track days.. i dont bother any more :S

I've wrapped up all the King of the Mountain Fujimi Kaido events in the event list, and some of those I was just charging my way through anything with it set to medium AI because I just didn't care. Just the Nurburgring side of things to do now...

Doesn't look like many folk will manage to beat the Snow Drift monthly challenge, 47,737 is the current target to win the Bounty Hunter car and I'm stuck at about 35k iirc.

I'm at about 20k or something pathetic... Drifting isn't really my thing!

I'm mainly grinding SP at the moment. I've got Europe done and I'm into Asia, with a fair chunk done on the silly stuff like track days, autocross, multi-class...

I've got Ferrari to level 45. Not long off Factory Driver.

I quite like this game... Never been a fan of racing games like this but I'm really getting into it. I haven't done any rival bits though, mostly the single player. I'm liking the souped up normal cars though, the mini Alfa (s), Renault Megane (s), and VW Schirocco (R3). It's great fun wiping the floor with the super cars... The Dodge Viper is superb as well, best R3 car I've played with so far.

28 1/2 hours of driving Ferraris... And I've finally got the Factory Driver achievement

Well, next down the list is Mazda at 15, with 5 hours on the board. May as well get that bumped up a bit!

Thats some good going with the Ferrari, it took me 31hours to get 50 with Mazda for that achievement. Im now working my way through the events list (92% completed) trying to get all manufacturers to affinity level 10, I've got 40 of them done so far.

Wish they would give us some new tracks rather than a load of cars that they should have included in the game originally.
