Forever alone on Valentines Day

meh valentines day is overrated and you shouldn't need a day to say i love you or buy your OH flowers chocs lingerie like someone said earlier what valentines day originally meant has long gone. Seabiscuit and I will probs exchange cards and thats it really but that will most likely be the novelty of the first and last happy valentines FIANCEE!! as next year well I shall be Mrs Seabiscuit yay.

As for the day itself? Just like any other for a single fella. Apart from all of the annoying emphasis on relationships and all of those smooshy things etc.
Still, how did that song go? "Everyone loves lovers, except when you're alone" meh.
 
Probably the gym during the day, then a "Man-date" with a mate of mine in the evening, whose going through a bit of a rough patch at the minute due to ending a four year relationship after he caught his then Mrs. setting herself up with another bloke on the internet.
 
Don't see why people get so upset about valentines day. Best way to find someone is to not be looking for them. Too many people, particularly girls, think they need someone and constantly moan about it until they find someone and then they usually scare them away because their so desperate.
 
As I posted on ****bace, the only people that get annoyed about valentines day are single :D:p

As for me, I will be cooking for us with a lovely bottle of wine. After possibly ice skating :)

Dinner in. Picked up a crystal kitten, angry bird teddy and some godiva chocolate. Going to make her favourite curry: My Korma (Yes she likes puddings for main meals, but in all honesty it's better than any takeaway I have had) and I am going to attempt to bake a chocolate cake.
 
I'll go to work as usual, head home, probably play skyrim and treat myself to Papa John's. Might buy myself a combined valentine's/birthday present as well seeing as it's 3 days before my Birthday. :D

Her ex is being smart in all honesty. Save the need to splurge cash, then get back with her once it's over. ;) :p
