How do i make a cup of tea?

add tea bag
stir
wait 1-2mins
add sugar/sweetner
stir
add milk
stir
remove teabag
drink
put cup in sink
remember to wash later

i remember watching the paul burrel 'be a butler or dignity for women' can't remember what it was actually called and i've no idea why i was watching it but i seem to recall that he said the milk would always go in first so it would stop the tea from discolouring the fine china.

Does it really matter? it will end up tasting the same, people who believe otherwise need to look at real world issues for a few seconds

Boil Kettle,
Warm up Teapot with a little boiling water, swish it around a bit then tip it out
Teabag(s) in pot, add water
Give a little stir, leave to brew for a couple of mins
Milk in Cup(s)
Give tea one last stir and squeeze teabags with spoon against the side of pot
Pour tea into cups.
Enjoy
Depends on the tea whether or not I have milk. Also. CBA with loose leaves most of the time, although they are SO much better.

How to make desi cha (chai).
Get pan full of water, on the hob, medium heat
As the water warms up throw in a clove, few cardamon pods (split exposing seads) and fennel seeds
Stir in sugar as desired
Once it's on the boil, put in a tea bag or cha pathi
Let it infuse
Add milk
Let the milk/water mix boil
Take of the heat, pour through a siv and enjoy
Your tea may produce skin, or malai. This is normal. I remove it usually before drinking.
Enjoy.

Tea, like anything consumed is a preference of the person.
You like it the way you want it.
There is no other argument, I remember when I was an office lackey and had to make tea/coffee for everyone, it's was the bog standard way but you'd always get the odd-sod who'd say you did it wrong when the rest never said a word.
That was many moons ago when I didn't have the balls to say make it yourself.
