What games do you wish you could experience for the first time again?

Apologies if we've already had one of these.

What games do you wish you could experience for the first time all over again, with the graphics being as impressive as the first time you played it.

For me it has to be Vanilla WoW. Best gaming experience ever. It's more fun when most people are total noobs and everything is new. =D

Besides that I'd go for Half Life 1, Deus Ex 1, Thief 1 and System Shock 2.

Playing EverQuest in 1999, nothing has come close to capturing the same addiction, play again factor, I miss hell levels, naked corpse runs, high risk factor that all the mmorpg's I've played since lack.

Final Fantasy 7 and Resident Evil 1 sprung to mind. Genre breakers and gave us so much that changed gaming.

Thinking more PC I'd also say the Hitman games (My favourite series ever) and Commandos loved those games to death
 
Counterstrike 99/2000

Not my absolute favourite, but when it hit fresh in 99, playing through the summer of love in 2000 while they were rolling through the beta's... hell'a fun classy game.

On and off for me after that, still a good game to play every once in a while... but everything else surrounding it went down hill.
 
UO, darkage of camelot, Finally getting into the SWG beta after waiting for the beta discs to be posted from the USA, longest wait of my life lol
 
Giants: Citizen Kabuto. I play it again every few years and I still love it, but few games have wowed me like that did the first time.
