who is the feeder, whats wrong with them, i mean what sort of mental disability do you need to feed a fat whale chips and lard - i am assuming she eats chuips and lard probably the postman and anythign else that wonders too close...
roll it onto a flatbed truck, drive it to africa, leave it there for the locals to eat...

I find it pretty disgusting that people have attitudes like yours....calling for a woman with an obvious health and psychological problem to be killed....
That is what is disgusting in this day and age.

Maybe the people feeding her could consider cutting out fast-food deliveries and instead supply her bedside fridge with carrots, apples, grapes and diet sweet bars for snacks, with an array of sparkling waters flavoured with fruit juice – maybe they could consider it if they cared.

I may not agree with you on everything Castiel but this is right on the mark.
Normal happy & mentally stable people don't get that way, she's obviously got more problem than most of us & most likely needs medical help & counselling.
Have people not heard of eating disorders?.

Firstly; She says she can't even get to the shower without getting out of breath, so who is plying her with food? Her Husband? She has a fridge in her room, how about removing it? Forcing her to either not eat, or take a trip to get the food. That would cut down a few calories.
Secondly; She's so embarassed that she'll let herself be photographed looking like a beached whale. She wants to be noticed to be helped, I see that, but I highly doubt parading herself around and crying is going to make doctors more willing to help.
Thirdly; If my first point is correct and it is her husband who is buying her food, then why isn't he being questioned and possibly charged with abuse? He's essentially enabling her to feed her addiction when what she needs is a gradual weening off. Lets say...two bottles of coke instead of three. A medium pizza instead of a large. Stuff like that.
It's not that hard. But it's impossible when you're surrounded by and being fed the crap that's killing you.

Noo honestly..
I thought it would be interesting to discuss, considering that we are all paying for this woman to gorge herself day after day.
Not to mention the free housing and the millions (over her life) that we are forced to pay to keep this woman alive.
I just think its incredibly and disgustingly selfish of someone to be like this.
Infact... one of those links to the fattest MAN that another poster put up was excellent.. the man said that he only blamed himself, and no one else, and that nobody forced him to eat all that food, and that he hated what he had done.
Now in that regard, I CAN have some sympathy, but in the case of this vile woman... I really do think some people are beyond help, and deserve some sort of euthanising.
Addictions do that to people you know, makes them see nothing but the misery in front of them - so many help centres and government money is spent helping people over their addiction, the root cause may remain neglected. Almost everyone is addicted to something and it takes courage to ask for help.
