Do you cry at films?

I'm not ashamed to admit i had a few tears of JOY in my eye during inception, such an amazing film, was able to follow it all the way through and was just so awe-struck that i left me amazed at the director :p

In the band of brothers box set there's a documentry and i think it had wild bill and babe hefron walking about in the woods of foy. Does make you choke.

I think I've felt the same as well whilst watching it. I couldn't even start to imagine how terrifying that was for them or for anybody in the war.

I think I've wept a little whilst watching Schindlers List before.

Toy Story 3
Senna
Green Mile

They've all left me welling up! However what gets me really crying rather than just welling up is watching this video on youtube of soldiers home coming.

I have at times, but only if I really get caught up in the movie - which is not often. However, I'm generally a passionate individual as such I have had a few moments at the movies.

Not full on blub, but I have gotten very misty or shed a tear at the following:

Neverending Story (Swamp of sorrow)
Lion King (Post stampede)
Baz L's Romeo & Juliet (Just as she wakes up)
Angel - I Will Remember You (Just before the reversal of time)

Same here - Amazing end that.. I would have settled on that end too :D

Green Mile.. What a waste of beef :o

The question is how do you disguise it from the other half? Crying that is.. not the beef :p

The Green Mile does my head in. That's one of very few films that got to me.

But yeah, normally I'm quite aware that it's just a film so things don't tend to affect me as much as they do as in a book, where I tend to have more of an empathy with the characters. Robin Hobb and George R.R.Martin are guilty of creating some quite emotional moments for me. :) Some biographies have produced similar effects too.
