suzi, john, ortis sacked from gadget show

just seems really weird that they would get rid of suzi...

She left MotoGP because she couldn't keep up with the travelling all the time, seems Gadget show want to start globetrotting so she is leaving because of that perhaps, rather than being booted out.

The show has never sat right with me, I've always found the presenters awful, in fact the entire show is awful. If I did have to choose one person to stay it would probably be otis.

I thought she left because the heavy schedule was too much for her so soon after her illness?

Pass. All i know is that the blonde girl after her was hot, but now the indian looking girl isn't.

Who cares, it's a terrible show and they are all horrible presenters.

Yeah they occasionally got some cool stuff but they then ruined it by trying to be all zany and doing some stupid "challenge".

The one that sticks out in my mind is the "bullet time" thing one of the women did, it took up about 30 minutes of show time, with dozens of helpers and companies donating boxes of digital cameras and the result was a 30 second video of a woman clearly not suited to the catsuit she was wearing running down a hallway from 50 different angles and jumping in the air like she had just stepped on a thumb tac.

It is a bad program that serves no purpose whilst the internet is still working.

But with the money saved they can now give away £100,000 worth of 'Tech' instead of £10,000 in the 10 minute video clip they always wheel out :D

maybe the BBC will sign up ortis to present some live athletics during the olympics after his raging success at the world championships last year? :p

Poor dude.

I always hated the Gadget Show's massive competitions. Sure they were a huge draw, but you know that all of those winners sold 90% of the stuff on eBay. If they had split the vast prize pile into 20 or 30 smaller piles it could have still been significant and yet made a lot more people happy. I'm such a prize-communist.
