Lunch happened at 10.30 so far too late. Had tuna and cheese sandwich, two slices of leftover homemade pizza and an apple. Just a banana left.

Cheese and Ham sandwich, bag of Squares, small bag of cashews, a couple of Tuc biscuits,a Wispa bar and a bottle of Rubicon.

Again unfortunately no pics as I was hungry and need to build the energy for the gym after work

Too late for pics, but a ham and cheese baguette off the food van, a yoghurt, cereal bar and a yorkie, that was at 10 this morning then a 1/2 lb bacon cheese Burger at proper lunch.

250g of chicken in reggae reggae sauce
50g almonds
1 slice of peanut butter/nutella on whole meal toast
shake 1 - 500ml milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop oats
shake 2 - 300ml water, 1 scoop whey

Nearest Dominos do a deal where between 11AM and 2PM~ pizzas are mega cheap. It's a Personal sized pizza, probably 9"? Never checked but it's a fair size

Choice of 2 toppings and a dip as well, my usual is extra cheese + mushrooms or tandoori chicken.

I imagine a lot of what I eat has a lot of calories, not that I pay attention to them, it fills me up and I am fairly fit as well so all is well that ends well
