Ocuk should have a like button

It may be a silly idea but I really think ocuk should put a like button on every post that someone makes. So, if that someone posts something amusing or interesting.... You can like it. Would be interesting to see who agrees with what you said.

These forums have barely changed in all the years I've been here - so a "Like" button may happen in around 30 years from now

There is a plug in for these forums I think that can hide threads if enough people vote it down (they can still be viewed if you expand the view). Pretty decent, was going to implment it on my own website but have never got round to setting the forum up

As for a 'like' button, if you like a thread then rate it five stars, easy.

People will go around disliking every post made by people they don't like. Similarly, people will like posts made by people they like.

Therefore posts will be rated based on user's popularity, rather than the content of said post. This is a bad thing, because even the biggest douche can have a point sometimes.
