Drive into petrol station, long line of cars waiting for pump, drive up to the free one that is the wrong side for waiting cars, pull the pump across my car and fill up with a smug trollface, drive off after paying with all the other cars still cueing. :p
 
I do this all the time.

I am able to reach over to my 5 series without making any contact with the hose and paintwork.

People just struggle to line the rear of the car with their pump/
 
On a vaguely related note, I get annoyed when I go to the local Sainsburys to fill up with Super Unleaded, which is only available on the middle set of pumps out of three sets and people get there just before me and fill up the middle pumps, the outer pumps are empty and they're all just filling with diesel but I have to wait for those particular pumps :p
 
Yes but only at filling stations where the hose is long enough. Some older (usually independent) ones around here you can't do that.

I have this with my local shell, theres only 1 V-Power pump and I can guarantee everytime I go to fill up every pump bar the one with V-Power is empty and they're not even filling with it :mad:

Maybe them people are we natwest like me and can't use the pay at the pumps thing.

Do wish I could use it though to be fair.
 
In addition to people not using pay at the pump what really irks me is the following:-

You fill up at the rear pump out of the 2 at the front of the fore court, only for some **** to come along and park their car in the road alongside the car at the front pump blocking your route back out to the road.

No it isn't a ****ing parking spot, you wouldn't park there in the middle between two sets of pumps, so why do it at the ones on the edge? Cretins, the lot of them.

Often people dont bother as the printers dont always work or they are out of printer roll. So to get their VAT receipt they have to go in the shop anyway.
 
Hmmm I have been to numerous Tesco stations and they all say that Natwest debit cards do not work on there pumps.
