It's actually quite interesting. If you watch the video, he claims that if the product isn't hot then it isn't VATable. I'm unaware that there is a legal definition of 'hot' and an applicable temperature range. I've had sausage rolls from Greggs ranging from the extremely hot to the down right cold. According to our good Chancellor only one of those will be VATable. I would therefore expect to see a difference in price?

He defined hot as above the ambient temperaturenof the room.
