Yeah same here, don't like going to the gym round here, it's either really busy or full of idiots doing benchpress then doing another machine then doing benchpress again and again. I have a fair sized log cabin at the bottom of my garden with a treadmill, crosstrainer, bench, dumbells, barbell etc etc. My main exercise comes from riding my mountain bike though, plus I enjoy it more than the treadmill or crosstrainer.

Exactly, all gyms near me in London tend to be full of either horribly smelly people or "rude boiz" (or whatever they are tagged these days, they tend to be constantly sipping on protein shakes, talking very loudly and trying to outgun each other on wrong excercise knowledge), plus the time it would take to travel there and back, easier to just do it at home.

What if you exercise 3x on one day, but 0x on the other days would that count as 3 days or 1 day? because you are doing the same amount of work as 3 days.

5 times a week.

3 weight sessions plus two cardio.

I cycle to and from the station daily.

I'm starting to feel it of late though I have to admit that I feel like I need a long term break but I'm worried once I have that break, I'll never restart.

I pretty much train every other day, so 3/4 per week. Typically, I'll do 40 minutes or so cardio, then spend another 40 on weight training, although at the minute I'm on cardio only thanks to a niggling shoulder injury I picked up last Thursday. :(

You could try just cutting down on 1 or 2 sessions till you feel up for it again.

Monday - 90 minutes of football
Wednesday - 2 hour gym session
Thursday - Sometimes badminton
Sat - 1 and a half hour swimming

I went for 3 times, as I dont always play badminton

I used to love playing squash at my local leisure centre until they turned both courts into a gym :( was really good exercise, don't think I've sweated as much in my life as I have playing squash.

I play 5s three times a week and 11s once every few weeks.

I'll go jogging/sprinting a couple of days a week as well, and do some body weight exercises afterwards if I can be arsed.

So 5 on average.

I've put 3 in the poll, although it can be a little as 2 or as many as 5. I guess 3 is about my average.

It's pretty much ALL football, 11, 7 and 5-a-side plus training. Would go 4 times every week if it wasn't for having tendon trouble in my knees. Will get the bike out again now the weather is perking up.

I can't say I really exercise much but I did get an app to track my walking to/from work (twice a day) since the 8th March I have done 36 miles! :O

I'm lucky enough to not put on weight or anything but I try to be semi health conscious... :p

Weight isn't just the issue, weight and fitness levels aren't always linked. I know many skinny or normal weighted people who are out of breath walking up a flight of stairs.

I walk to the shop and to the train station that is about it :(

I want to start doing rowing but I failed as i am always too lazy to go down to the rowing club and sign up and get started. plus i have to catch a train to get there and i catch trains enough during the week, that on weekend i don't want to go on a train. But i am probably just making excuses cause i am lazy.

3 times a week, hit the gym at 630am before I start work at 815am and ride to work the 2 days I don't go to the gym if the weather is good.
