Weight isn't just the issue, weight and fitness levels aren't always linked. I know many skinny or normal weighted people who are out of breath walking up a flight of stairs.

Yes, I totally agree. This is why I try to think about my health and fitness to some extent which I didn't at all over the past few years.

Your poll needs 7+

I row 5 days a week and weights 3 days. Now it's summer I will soon also be riding the bike to work. If your counting pathetic things like waking up a hill for 10 mins then put me down for 40+!

Gym 3 times a week

Strong commitment lol, suppose every little counts though.

I used to go twice a week 2 hours each, but I'm lazy, I just can't motivate myself to spend an entire day out of my 4 days off at the gym, I try to, I just get bored really easily lol.

Yeah I've started noticing my arms are showing more muscle, but I know that if I want to lose a few stone, I need to get serious about going

Used to be 4 but since I broke my leg and ankle I can only cycle, of which I am currently doing 2-3 times a week weather dependant!

I used to exercise 3 times a week on one of those stationary bikes for 20 minutes each time. I did this for a couple of months but I've stopped doing it now because I've caught the lazy.

I plan on starting again this week and hopefuly I won't stop this time.

Walk the dog twice a day on top of.

Tuesday Cardio Circuit 1 hour
Wednesday MMA 1.5 hour
Thursday Kyokushin 1.5 hour
Friday Judo 1 hour
Saturday Kyokushin 2 hour
Sunday MMA 1.5 hour

An hour and a half at the gym every weekday. Getting shredded is one of my favourite pass times.

I can't see what enjoyment people get out of it at all. Lifting stuff and running/cycling/rowing on the spot just isn't fun to me in the slightest. I've been going twice a week and shall persevere, but grudge it.

Playing sport on the other hand is great fun.

I think the enjoyment factor comes not whilst doing it but when you get complimented on your physique...

What if you exercise 3x on one day, but 0x on the other days would that count as 3 days or 1 day? because you are doing the same amount of work as 3 days.

You don't get the same benefit as you would if those sessions were spaced out over different days.

The enjoyment is purely from watching the large breasted girls on the treadmill.....well for me anyways
