I got up to 2nd brown belt in wado ryu but quit after starting uni, though if I had carried on I could have gone all the way up to 5th Dan!

But if you stop doing it for just 5 years, you end up as useless as a white belt again

And Steven seagal definitely looks out of practice to me.
