My inexplicable appeal to aunties

For the past 24 hours, a journalist from the UK's Daily Mail has found herself subject to the ire of millions of people around the world. Samantha Brick has suffered vitriolic insults and ridicule after complaining about the downside of being beautiful in a column for the newspaper. She writes that her good looks mean she receives unwanted attention from the opposite sex, and cause her to be disliked by less attractive women.

I know exactly how she feels.

Okay, maybe not exactly how she feels. But I have been bearing the heavy burden of being particularly attractive to a particular subset of the humanity.

For years I have found myself subject to the advances of other people's aunties.

ok...somethings going on here, this must be some sort of experiment to test the public reaction or something.

one picture quotes her saying...

'It's hard when everyone resents you for your looks. Men think "what's the point, she's out of my league" and don't ask you out. Women don't want to hang out with someone more attractive than they are'

this is all starting to seem suspicious considering she looks dog rough in these new photos :confused:
