next to a pregnant and sleepy swan...probably too near and suddenly she moved in my direction and with the beak she took me a little bit the arm. The male was 200 meter away in the lake and fortunately he didn't see the scene. Only a big fear and a little bit blood...

Impossibile for the position of the swan near the lake, there is a very short beach and for taking a photo you have to go very near. With the zoom only from the lake but not from the mainland

If he is a pro he should know to give swans or any other pregnant bird/animal a bit of space and not get too close.

You cant get up close to an animal like that , their not huge fans of it.

Yes I am photographer, I ve been several times close to a swan but never with this reaction. Anyway with the zoom is only possible shooting inside the lake but this time have not the possibility to go out with the boat, so I had to go down on the small beach.
