Battlefield 4 - Thread

I don't think we'll see a 2142 remake/update for quite some time, so I suspect BF4 will remain in modern combat era.

After all Respawn (ex-Infinity Ward) are supposed to be making a futuristic shooter which is being published by EA so they're not going to have similar products competing with each other.

Exactly. BF3 was supposed to be BF2 with 80 player support. 128 players was even mentioned at the beginning. Instead we have a console game.
 
Apparently you start the game completely naked with a spoon as your only weapon and you have to unlock each weapon and piece of clothing as you go, but don't worry, if you put 50,000 hours in to it you unlock an exoskeleton which turns you in to the Terminator
 
funny fact 20 battlefield games/expansions have been released since counter strike which only has 3

Actually you wasnt the first person to make a thread about BC2..this guy was long before you,he just named it wrong thread heading,just thought i would let you know mate;)

I would be much more interested in BC3 than this but I'll try to keep an open mind.

The thread wars thing is fairly one-sided and I tend to agree with the :rolleyes: comments.
 
scary i think it will be ww2 myself

last few years everyone gone modern warfare so they either need to go futuristic space wars lol or ww2 .

red orc 2 would have done well if they pulled it off and moh warfighter is modern aswell this october so its at least another year after that. so i say ww2 fighter or space shooter :)

lol at people who didnt believe me aswell haha..
