Jeez FINALLY! Really feel they jumped the gun with this. Or maybe they just didn't expect the viral nature of it.
Still excited to get one eventually - just waiting for them to tell me I am approved to buy one (I got in a few hours too late

Will do... to confess, I work for PF. There is an event in Leeds today, where 12 lucky kids get a masterclass intro with Eben, and get a Pi to take home. It only came about today, and my lad got selected - he's in there right now... To be fair he's as excited as I am, being a 14yr-old coding wannabee

Got it now, along with some other freebies thrown in... Eben seemed a decent bloke.
Once I wrestle it off my lad (it came with an SD with a full X distro on) who is currently playing with it, I'll take some more piccies, and do a decent review of it.
Just got an email from Farnell saying my order has been shipped
N1! Any idea of a delivery date?
The email just says the week commencing 16/04/2012, so I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday
Mine's being shipped by UPS so I would definitely hope it would be the start of the week.

If anyone is waiting for an email from RS, check your spam folders. Gmail spammed mine. It shouldn't matter though since you receive a unique ordering code so one should already have your name on it, you just need to pay

What did the RS email say? I got one a couple of weeks ago saying that I'm in the first batch of registrations but I've not got one inviting me to buy yet.
