yeah you dont need the tuning kit but it helps to get the pedals adjusted closer to your ideal setting as i found 2nd hole great feel but pedal travel shorter than i liked but changing to the brake bar in the kit gave me ideal firmness and travel.

I have 2 hifi speaker spikes fitted into the rear underside holes of my pedals so they dont move around it helps lots so if you cant hard mount yours to a rig try spikes.

Just hit a 1:00.073 at limerock in the 12am mx5 cup race Im so close to breaking the minute now anyone fast in the mx5 give me any tips to get into the 59.s I feel turn 3 is where I can gain a bit of pace. Every other bend Im at the limit.

Yeah drive faster lol, I can't really help mate as I never really raced at lime rock it was all okanwya (how ever you spell that) and I was out of rookies in a week so I never got to do lime rock properly...

Wish Thrustmaster would hurry up sending my replacement pedals for my f430 set (the brake pedal snapped off half way through an SM race -_-) want to race every week next season in the SM.

Oh dear was you hard on the pedals???

I find the star mazda boring to drive at most tracks I tried it on, but it is easy to drive but still hard to be proper fast in it...

Not particularly no, something went dodgy with the spring relatively early on with it and it lost any force needed. Then a loud crack during my SM race under braking and next thing I had a brake pedal in my hand. They were relatively cheaply made and TM were happy to replace thankfully.

Josh need you to test a set I made last night for spa, its still a WIP but its stable and it feels good..

Not sure of the pace but I did a a 2.15.1 with a opt of 14.4 that's after a few laps, but I've never had the pace around here so need you to test..

I'm taking a couple corners wrong I think, and that damn last chicane lol...

Good old spa and the last chicane saga..

2.15.1 is still my pb opt of 14.1, I can get 3 and 4 10ths up on my pb often and every time loose it at the last chicane...

Still fun tho...

I'd love to test it, but not gonna get the chance till wednesday evening at the earliest (and after a ~2 hour trip on the motorbike in the ****ing rain I'm guessing I won't be up for it :p)

On-site at a customers till then, did just get a free pint though, and the rest will be going through expenses :)

I managed to get a VIR race in last night btw, you were probably right to stay away :p I spun from an 'easy' third after 10 minutes, back to 6th and basically impossible to overtake (for some reason even the draft wasn't working at all), add in a few mistakes and a bit meh, don't think I improved on my Charlotte score :(

ok mate my set is on the forums any way, just ran a 14.8 with it but got a 1x at pohuon(spelling), it feels good and the pace is there, simons already into the 13s so i think 14s will be the pace to be on...

it gunna be a busy week i think...

i watched that race mate, i saw you had abit of a nightmare you seemed to be getting a lot of snap oversteer aswell...couple of the spins wasnt your fault either like the 1 approaching oak tree and a back marker messed you all up you touched the grass and went off...
