Not a pet window, an entire pet ISLAND. When you tame a pet ingame, you can take it to the island, which unlocks it. If you then want to re-tame it, you'll find all the pets wandering around various parts of the island, and it's much easier, than re-taming out in the wild, added to which you can take your heroes and they can tame the pets as well.

When did you buy it? They announced last night that they were starting to send them out this week, and not to panic if you haven't received it yet.

I grabbed my Pre-Purchase from CJS Keys which was the first time I had used the company. Paid via CC and to confirm the order/payment they send you a small 5 digit code to your mobile, once you input the code the order is completed which in all takes about 5mins and then a further 5 mins to recieve the key. I'd defo use the site again for further purchases. **Client is approx 13gig and starts friday**

You need to register your key first and create your GW2 account, then you will have a download link inside there.

I really need a better connection... went home at lunch to check on the download and it was only going at 20kbps. Looks like it's gonna be a while :/

That's a little more reassuring, thanks :D was afraid it'd never finish at that rate! Anyone know if the download can be paused/cancelled and resumed later?
