Ive just wrote and reworded a poem for my new tattoo, but I've got a small issue with the design I want to create.
I want to use a certain font, and I want to take the exact design layout in this font to the tattoo artist tomorrow.
Does anyone know of any software that I can use that when I paste my poem, it will set it in a certain layout?

What I'm trying to achieve is poem in the shape of a man holding a little boys hand or the words in such a layout that it leaves a blank outline of a man holding a little boys hand

I want this to go down my inside arm too

Hope this makes sense

Just kidding. Maybe speak to a tattoo artist, they could draw up a rough design for you?

You'd be able to do that in Photoshop.

Seriously though, I'm sorry for your loss :(. Maybe photoshop could be useful? You can do all sorts of fancy things with text in that and save the resulting as an image file.
 
Hey man,

best thing to do, take what you said to the artist, you don't need an app to get this tattoo the 'artist' that you trust to put ink on you will easily draw something up for you in 45 mins.

Sit down tonight and sketch it yourself, explain when you get there, good luck with it and sorry for your loss also.

To be honest, I don't think you're going to be able to get the words to make a silhouette as complicated as you want without using a tiny tiny font and cutting words in half. Unless I'm picturing it wrong in my head.
 
Unless you have a massive inside arm, i can't imagine you being able to have that without having to make some sacrifices with the design if i'm seeing it right in my head, any good tattoo artist will be able to talk you through it though, let us know though man.
 
Don't do anything rash after such things.

Time will heal, not objects. Esp ones that will remind you of your Father every single day for the rest of your life. Not saying that's a bad thing, rather it could be, at times.

Sorry OP for both your loss and for not being able to help other than to suggest speaking with a tattoo artist you trust. Maybe someone could suggest one?
 
Because it was out of context, it was mildly offensive and had a shock value that you weren't expecting. Maybe not a good joke, more 'woah, dude went there!' I thought it was funny, you clearly did not. Anyway the point is that he had no idea of the actual situation.

No, it's a rubbish bad-taste 'joke' regardless of the situation.

Unless you can give me an example of a situation where it would actually be appropriate? :confused: (And this is a rhetorical question, obviously. Before you attempt to answer it).
