Official Avengers Tread ere

Cuz I've read a lot of forums about the end scene.

Ah you spoilsport :p

Really glad that it points to a proper Avengers sequel though as prior to seeing the film I figured that they'd all go their separate ways and Ironman 3, Thor 2 & Captain America 2 wouldn't actually build towards anything like their predecessors did, thankfully it doesn't look like that will be the case

The Avengers is an awesome superhero movie, probably the best as it doesn't take itself too seriously and has the perfect balance of humour and action/violence, HULK steals the show and seeing Thanos (give me the infinity gauntlet!) at the very end caused a nerdgasm!!

With regards to Thanos - in the 2nd Hulk film a guy gets something spilled on a cut in his head and is supposed to be a precursor to the leader, surely will be introduced at some point. Apparently was in the prelude comic series to the movie as well.

Just got back from a late showing.

What an awesome movie. Action and comedy in a perfect blend.

I also got what I wanted to see as well, which was Thor vs Hulk, and though short, it was great to see on-screen.

If the next movie has Thanos, then that is going to be even more over-the-top. If the movie version of him is going to be like the comics, then Hulk and Thor will get bitch slapped.

This film is full on brilliant, i was expecting good but this surpassed it by leagues. Amazing action, effects were stunning and the Avengers got just the right balance of screen time so no one was left out.

Hulk stole the show though and Thor got the best line in the whole movie :D

I'm planning on seeing this over the weekend, but would like to know whether it's worth seeing in 3D or if I should stick to 2D? I know this is quite a subjective question, but for those that have seen it in 3D, did you feel it really added something to the film?

P.S. Sorry if this has been answered already, but I didn't want to trawl through the thread too much for risk of reading spoilers!

Watched it in 2D last night. Loved it. Flawless action scenes and soe. Genuinely funny moments. The most entertaining film I've seen in years.

Still offshore!

Just had a fire drill and had to stand outside for 20mins with the wind flying around at a solid 70+mph.

Home tomorrow for film!!!1111
