**GTX 690 @ OcUK!!**

Seems the contradict them selves with Metro here:
The first graph shows the 690 getting over 60fps
The second one shows the 690 getting 30fps and quad SLI getting less the 60fps.
In fact, BF3 and Crysys 2 graphs are inconsistent too.

You may post images providing they are hosted by a well known image hosting website, such as imageshack, photobucket etc.. Directly linking to images on other sites that are not expressly for that purpose (known as Hotlinking) is not permitted. Hotlinked images will be removed with an infraction notice issued. Repeat offenders will be suspended. The sharing of images from your own personal web-space is acceptable providing you are the owner and give permission to do so. However, the OCUK moderation team reserve the right to replace or remove any image that is suspicious of being hotlinked or unknowingly hosted by a members personal web-space, as it is not possible to identify those where permission has been granted or otherwise. Such decisions will not be overturned. To avoid complication, we strongly advise that all images are hosted by a image host as mentioned above, which can be easily identified as so. Images containing nudity, adult or offensive material, including swearing is prohibited. Please check your images before posting. No watermarks or URLs for sites containing content that wouldn't normally be allowed such as competitors, adult sites etc. Any images of such nature will be removed and your account immediately suspended or banned. Unless otherwise agreed by the moderation team, images must no wider than 1024 pixels wide.

You do realise SLIing two cards doesn't double the vRAM?

Yes I do, that's why I wanted the 690 to be 8gb, 2x4GB. That is not the case so I'll be getting a 4GB GTX680 and sticking one more in later So I'll have SLI GTX 680 4GB mirrored

I would think this would go the same road as the 4870x2 did and not be at its 110% working performance on some games and what not and becoming a baking contest

this could be the ultimate card for 2560x1440 , can games get any better graphics than they do now, cant afford it mind ! but looks nice:D

Question is tho how long would it take to come in stock? if it comes out 3rd of May? will we be looking at June to July before we see them?

from looking on some Reviews its 300 + and up and SLI if same as cross doesnt double memory as i got 2 x 4870x2 in crossfire and they dont stack

The card itself looks awesome

Say what 750ww  you are kidding so if thats the case then everyone need to buy a 2200ww PSU then to go SLI for those that plan to overlock it at least

As my 4870x2 needs 500ww to 600ww in crossfire anyone wishing to call me a lier then say so now.

He means 750w for the card and the rest of the system :p

Has he taken in account of overclocking aswell with the 750ws or and if that is the case tho and thats just 1 card not SLI its going to push it over the 1k mark if he not overclocked + it depends on what you got installed in your rigs aswell so i some case might see if over 12k

Let's hope the prices are in the reality domain, if they are I may look into one of these. Only if they price them right. 300w TDP for a dual GPU card looks pretty decent to me.

Despite the fact that we are four days away from what appears to be an official announcement of Nvidia GTX 690, a dual Kepler GK104 graphics card, it appears that AMD will wait for June with its dual Tahiti GPU, a.k.a. HD 7990.

According to a post over at Donanimhaber.com, it appears that AMD will wait with the launch of HD 7990 and leave the official announcement for Computex 2012 show, which kicks off in Taipei on June 5th. We have been asking about HD 7990 since day one, and partners still claim that there hasn't been any info regarding the card.

The only piece of info that leaked is that HD 7990 will most likely be based on two fully enabled Tahiti GPUs. This means that we are looking at a graphics card with a total of 4096 stream processors and 6GB of GDDR5 memory. AMD has a lot of room to maneuvre when it comes to card clocks and is probably waiting to see the actual performance of Nvidia's GTX 690 and adjust the card accordingly.

so which will be the best card !!!
