They discussed this on Chris Moyles this morning, some are cute/pretty but wouldn't be considered sexy.

She's the winner of the "I've got even more make-up than you award". I bet the earth would move for you if she took it off.
 
I'm guessing the people voting for this don't get out much, because I see much better looking women every day around the City. :confused: They need to rename it to "sexiest celebrity".
 
This list is based entirely on popularity, or rather, compiled of the women that most men have seen recently in the media. Fifteen years ago it had all the Spice Girls in. Ten years ago, Girls Aloud. Now it's The Saturdays. With this in mind it's of little surprise or concern that Tulisa is #1. In fact, the title of the whole competition is pretty misleading.
 
Pixie Lott would be in my top 3, definitely, probably joined by Katy Perry (yes I know :o). Glad to see Kelly Brook making the top 10, personally I would say she is easily top 10 though.
 
GEORGIA SALPA was the hottest women in the last 12 months i would have moved her to the 2nd place spot. First would have been kelly brook
