Haha, they don't even sell it anymore.

I bet they are glad all the bad press has gone, longer they kept selling it the more bad attention they would attract.

There's no quest flow as such (other than the personal story). There are no quest hubs with npcs with exclamation marks above their heads. As you explore you come across stuff in progress, like bandits attacking a farmer's fields. You might come upon this after bandits have already been beaten off, and the current task is to put out fires or something, or track them to their base. It works really well - depending on the state of the zone you might get different events each time you explore it.

Zones are really well designed, lots to explore and hidden stuff to find, but you can open the map and instantly teleport to any area you've already discovered.
 
So if CJS doesnt do it anymore, which is the next cheapest place to grab this? Im looking at getting it for my nephew, but prices seem to be 40+ now.
 
Look at the list of official retailers on the GW2 site.

You should always look at that and only use people from there. Hopefully this mess with CJS will drive that point home. If it looks too cheap and it's not an officially listed retailer, there's probably something dodgy going on.

Yea, I got mine from there before we found out about the whole US region thing. Not that would have mattered for my nephew as he wouldn't spend cash in game.

Speaking of CJS, did anyone get a new key?

It would still matter if he has friends from the EU that played and he wanted to join WvWvW with them. Or if there's anywhere like UW/FoW from the first game that are region/server locked access (and I believe there is) and he wants to go there, it'd affect him. :)

Thats me ****** then :mad:. Has anyone resolved the CJS key issue yet?

He wouldn't be able to play at all period. It works by region so you can only play on a US account with a US IP and can only play on a European account with an IP from Europe.

That's what i've seen anyway.

We all got refunds, waiting to purchase it cheaper elsewhere now.

Lol - you are right, awesome games tonight but yes it was of course are anet advising that the keys are indeed us :( at least I have a refund the main aspect now is clearing the key from my account, I'll probably then sit tight and now wait for release
