Everyone, at some point in their life, has wondered this. You are not the only one. There's been hundreds of threads on this topic already.

I used to wonder about this.

But then I used to wonder about any old tosh to keep me entertained at 12 years old...

So you think that if you asked people which is darker, green or yellow, some would say yellow?

ive always wondered if chicken tastes like chicken to everyone else.

or does it taste like fish? and fish tastes like chicken?

I once found myself staring at the leaves on a tree, wondering if other people saw them the same way I see the colour blue, but that we just all happened to agree that 'that colour' was green.

Shortly afterwards I popped my pants back on, left the park, and haven't touched drugs since.

You seem to be confusing brightness/shade with colour.

You can have dark yellow & light green.

The boring reply.

Reality does not change corresponding to our perception of it, as a species we are genetically disposed to viewing things the same (same eyes/brains), but some of us (colour blind people, or people other neurological complaints can see things differently).

It's important to remember that colour is a real thing, it's a reflection of light - not just a subjective observation.

"... but, is that like, a cow. Or do I only see a cow when others see a sheep? What if someone else really sees me for what I am in the mirror... a ******* lion."
