If you want to stretch a bit to 380 *including delivery* you could get the Asus 7970 Direct CU II 3GB.
Awesome card and lots of overclocking headroom, great cooling and not as noisy as reference designs, plus it looks awesome to boot![]()
Someone very famous once said that you would never need more than 640KB RAM within a Desktop PC.670 or a cheap non-reference cooled 7970
