I have to say some "body english" is acceptable at times IMO, certainly for bodybuilding... however, you've got to know what you're doing.
It always seems to be the smaller guys that do this, the bigger guys generally just get on with things.
Wendler / smolov? What made you mix the 2? both are fantastic on there own without much modification
That looks like a recipe for some serious suffering! Those consecutive high rep days might take their toll.

It may not be a good idea...But as FF said as long as you know what you are doing, and you aren't putting LOADS of pressure on your back etc, it might help some people.
Currently if I tried that, it would snap my back![]()

Chest session last night...
It was weird...Did a right old random workout. Chest just didn't feel worked enough so blasted it with some flyes at the end. My CGBP was terrible as well for some reason, left side kept almost failing which brought on poor form, and my right shoulder was just twinging (but it could lift the weight more. I think it was due to me doing an extra workout of flat DB bench...Oh well.
