You can't have your cake and eat it (literally in this case). It's all well and good saying that she has "done all sorts" including "a thousand diets", but if you give them up at the first sniff of a pork pie then no diet in the world will do enough to sort that whale of a problem out.

The only thing that's tragic is that she has let HERSELF get to that state, then had to rely on other people to do the most mundane of tasks.
 
I saw this earlier, it's quite ridiculous.

Herself and her parents are a disgrace. They should have to pay these bills. Can't afford it? Tough.

She could get lipo suction and make candles with the fat earning the money to repay the costs legitimately. Would need a good branding consultant but candles can be flogged to dopey middle class women (my wife for one) for a fortune these days.
