The ice cream flavour suggestion thread

Just use the creamy egg filling as the ice ram, then swirl of alcholic coffe. Then just need the sponge fingers in there some how.
 
I've found you need use a lot of maple in ice cream to get much flavor. And even then the flavor is more coffee than maple for some bizarre reason.
 
I've heard that using raw eggs makes it soft scoop.
But yeah, more the flavour idea. You are well aware of how to make the base.

So far I've not tried it using raw eggs, I'll give it a go tonight, since I don't need to cook the eggs, it also means no "cooling" time needed before putting it into the machine. It should be done from ingredients to bowl inside 30 minutes.

Now I just need to get root beer extract.
