Yes this is another "omg eb*y" post.

I was trying to sell my 5850 and put the money towards to buy a better GPU. Someone clicked buy it now but hasn't paid yet. While I was checking the guys feedback I noticed he was buying and selling a lot of graphics cards.

So I look at what hes selling and he has listed my graphics card again and has copied word for word, including picture, my auction.

The cheeky ****** is trying to sell it for £30 more on a 3day auction so he can make some money off me and looks like he has done it to lots of other people.

I know this site has a for sale forum but I don't have the time and effort to post hundreds of times over x amount of time just to get access to it.

I don't mind him reselling it, its the fact that I have to wait till someone buys it from the other guy before he will pay me, he hasn't even paid or received the card yet.

Ridiculous.

I was selling it "cheap" because I got it for a bargain as well, I don't like greedy people. I could get what hes charging for it if i wanted.

Did you put payment must be recieved within x hours/days of auction end? If you did then raise an unpaid dispute. If not then I don't really see what you can do.

If you took the picture you can probably get that taken down since he doesn't have permission to use it. Not sure what policies eBay has on copying images.

EBAY prohibit the copying of images and advertising spiel without permission.

The OP can report the offending listing and EBAY will take it down.

You could try Gumtree or Swapz, I use them & there sweet if you hook up with the right Dude/seller & there's No fee or paypal *********.

I've sold a couple of things on gumtree and i would reccomend it, its a lot easier meeting people in person.

You can specify the area aswell, so its very easy to meet people near you.
