Does overclocking increase one's height? Are the majority of people on this forum above 6' tall or what?
I've never seen so many tall people in one place, never.

I wouldn't class borderline underweight as bang on perfect.

You're either underweight or your not, I'm not. Also BMI most likely uses conservative estimates, if they thought 18.4 was a genuine medical problem then 20 would be their guideline for being underweight.

Don't be jealous fatty ;)

Arnold Schwarzenegger must have been morbidly obese back in his day.

At my lowest I was 147lbs and I was most definitely underweight despite being still within 'normal' on the BMI scale.

I know very few people under around 5'11". There is no way 5'9" is average height for men in the UK, for younger people at least.

No, he was full of muscle and as such not your average person.:p

Underweight how? Compared to most other people on the street? People in the UK aren't exactly the slimmest bunch!

I've always been called skinny even though I'm pretty much bang in the middle of the scale, but then muscle weights more than fat...* ;)

*Hint: joke!

So far it seems the majority seem to be in the bracket of 'normal' on the BMI scale. There's a few under and over but on the whole pretty much what you'd 'hope for' regarding UK health. As far as BMI can tell you anyway.

Thanks all :) Any more entries would be appreciated but i've just about got enough to go on for a bit.

Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 147 lbs
BMI: 23.0

Though BMI is a joke. Apparently I could lose over two stone and still be within the 'normal' range. If I were to lose two stone I'd look seriously ill!

I was an absolute rake. Ribs, hips etc all visible. Just did not look at all healthy.

28.8......pfft, I'm not overweight, I am simply large build.

Just over 2 years ago:

BMI 47.4......yup I was a large boy.

No pills, no surgery, just a RM PT instructor, 4 pairs of trainers, 6 bags of rice and a lot of sweat and determination.
