I saw this yesterday while flicking through my mum's Daily Fail (she only buys it for the weekend supplement :p) and found it quite interesting:

Researchers have come up with 50 "grown-up milestones", the more you have achieved, the more of a grown up you are.

I'm 25 and don't feel grown up most of the time, I got 24/50 so I guess I've got a way to go yet!

So OCUK, how grown up are you?

Don't even need that link

I'm 32 but have the murity of a 19yr old but my body health acts like a 60year old lol

24/50 for me, I would never get 50 as I do not wear makeup for number 48!

Good point, some of them do refer more to women. Number 42, "Always going out in sensible shoes" - are there many pairs of men's shoes that aren't sensible?

I do worry about people who tick Number 50 - having 'best towels'? wtf?!

Daily fail right enough.

Quesions are flawed.

1. Have a mortgage - why does having a mortgage make you more of a man than one who has paid theirs off or even does not want to own a property.

6. Having children. Some people may not wish to have kids or be unable to medically.

9. Getting married. I have to be married to be a grown up???? (I'm married BTW)

15. Owning a lawnmower. "Yes I have a mortgage on my flat but to be a grown up I need to own a lawnmower"

Got bored after this one.

It is the Daily Mail we are talking about. :D

Just realised I have 24/50, and I am 24 years of age. I must act my age!
