Xbox 720 document leak

"Blu-ray, native 3D output, and glasses, " for 299 seems good for such a low price, how reliable is the site in general?
 
From the specs and features I've been reading from that leak, I just can't see them charging $300 at launch. More like $400-500.

One thing I really don't want to see in nextgen consoles, is motion/voice technology taking away simple tasks from a controller simply because they can do and want people to buy into this Kinnect tripe. I really dread the day I sit infront of my TV and start waving and shouting at it to simply navigate or turn the volume down.

It's just completely gimmicky and it always will be. Kinda like watching a movie with 3D glasses.
 
Looks fairly impressive in terms of power...

I'd be surprised at that price point however.

I'm interested to know of the performance on the GPU side of things.

Which means it either true and they aren't happy it's been leaked. Or maybe it's a load of rubbish. Who knows?

Agreed. I have no interest in this kind of thing, either.

All I want are amazing HD visuals, surround sound and high framerates...oh and great games. Not too much to ask, is it?

I think we will get them next gen. I know we'll get the same old sequels as now but hopefully the new games will come.
Why would publishers release a new IP so late this gen? Wait til next gen comes out and release a game that blows players away. This is what happened with the release of Gears Of War and it's what made me buy an Xbox 360.
 
As a wish list for Xbox 720:

  • Improved graphics (minimum 1080p including 3D)
  • Quieter running console (The slim variants are still TOO loud)
  • Faster game loading times
  • More accurate Kinect / better voice sensitivity
  • Less social media integration (it's all a load of ****)
  • Less advertising / Indie rubbish
