I'm desktop support, tier 1, tier 2, some tier 3 & some tier 4. It's getting very boring now so looking into new roles.

Asset management data manager, i manage the the flow of data from contractor to the asset management systems for the social housing sector. This encludes completed works for major works, asbestos, m&e, epc data fra and lgsr data to create a one stop shop for the asset management dept.,i also manage the mobile systems used to collect said data.

I haven't ever worked with it directly but I'm lead to believe it's a bit of a pig to 'get right' as it was when it comes to implementing.

Work in IT Sales. Look after OcUK and some of their competitors. Get to play with a lot of the 'Toys' before they hit the street. Good job very demanding and very satisfying. Plus get to pop my head in OcUK prob a few times a month so it's all good
