Battlefield too shallow recommend me a game with depth

Hi Fellas

i'm getting really bored with this game.

what's out there that i can get some satisfaction with.

Arma 3 sounds promising but it's yonks away.

Arma 2 then :) with all the expansion packs. It also has a ton of missions people have made for it including some very good zombie mods, not just DayZ.

I’d agree with that, if your into war type games and you want depth similar to a sim, rather than a game, then Arma 2 is the way to go. To be honest the way Arma2 is modded up so well now, it will take Arma 3 sometime to get to where Arma 2 is or where it will leave off.
O.k. A3 is going to look better, but it will take a good 6-12mnths, possibly longer, after release to get it near to where Arma 2 is now, imo, game-play wise, modding the arma series has become almost a gold standard, there are soo many great mods around its mind boggling (well it boggles my mind:eek:).

It’s a cracking game, but don’t expect B3 graphics, A2 is a little more laid back graphics wise, its about the game-play side rather than the graphic side, A3 might balance that out a little though.
 
Bored of BF? So i take it your good at flying good in tanks have every unlock? Or are u just bad at the game? Im swaying more towards the latter!

Unfair comment and missing the point of this thread.

Its got mixed reviews, but maybe try LA Noire, cheap on Steam now.

You get more bored of games if they don't offer you a challenge.

BF3 is a boring game with a low skill ceiling which is severely dumbed down from previous Battlefield iterations. Some people like that, and that's fine, because you don't need a great deal of accuracy or quick reflexes to play it and is more accessible to a majority of people. Some of us like games though with a bit more depth to them, whether it be tactics needed to play or generally a higher skill ceiling/harder learning curve in the game. Spraying at enemies and hiding behind a chest high wall is fun at first, but it does loose it's attraction after a while when you realise how easy it is.

Good for graphics, though.
 
iam bored of bf3 too but thats cause i suck lol

iam playing diablo on and off , good thing about it you can sell items for £250 each lol.
