You could get a tattoo of her back on your face. That way you are showing commitment but if it goes wrong it's no problem, add a couple of moles and you can change it to someone elses back.

She didnt just leave, that atleast tells you this girl is interested. Dont allow the chit chat to get too deep, keep it fun and figure out if this is a person you could actualy like, hopefuly 'roger' her a few more times along the way... seriously too early to stress out beyond that, she eaither agree's to keep turning up or she dosnt.
