I like CIWS systems in general, they just have that 'can't touch me' idea (however valid that may or may not be be in real life), and a badass look:

Assault breacher vehicle - M1A1 chassis, launches giant explosive line to clear mines and stuff, and just looks awesome. The plow only adds to this
Wasp class amphibious assault ship - carries loads of helicopters, marines and their vehicles. Massive, looks awesome, and carries an impressive amount.
Javelin missile - I like missiles like this just for the idea that they allow a single soldier to take on a tank/whatever else.
