Can you explain more the difference between 3570K and 2500K

Sapphire HD 6950 Dual Fan, is the card good and does it make a lot of noise?

Is the Cooler Master PSU good or should I go for the OCZ 550W?

I need a aftermarket CPU Cooler so I can overclock the CPU

sigh, what is there left to say.
- 3570K : PCIE3, better integrated graphics, lower power consumption, 5-10% better IPC.
- 2500K : Cheaper, overclocks slightly higher. I'm on a 2500K and it's nowhere near stretched.

The differences are marginal, we're not talking a massive difference in every department. PCIE3 is moot, since you will never get a card that will make use of the full bandwidth.

1. yes.
2. no.

It's good enough for a HD6850 / HD7850. HD6950 / HD7950 / GTX670, imo it's a bit too close for comfort, but it will work.

You can get that later since your budget is already stretched. Better save your £25-£30 now, and spend those on a motherboard and whatnot. Hell, I would drop the fans if you don't actually need them, maybe use the money for a 3570K retail.

Could the 3570K overclock better than 2500K?

I'll go for the Sapphire HD 6950 graphics card

Which one is better? Cooler Master or OCZ PSU?

I can spend £30-40 on a good CPU cooler as I really want to overclock the CPU

What's the difference between CPUs that is OEM and Retail?

They are about hte same really. It depends on the chip you get. It's not worth obsessing over.

Get the OCZ.

Thermalright TrueSpirit 120, Matterhorn Pure, Coolermaster 612S, Gelid Tranquillo.

Either one of these, but my pick would be the True Spirit 120, as I have the older brother the MUX-120 which has impressed me (good build quality, quiet, good performance, good brackets and no ram interference).

What's the difference between CPUs that is OEM and Retail?
Retail : Three year warranty, retail stock fan and box.
OEM : One year warranty.

It's all over budget, which is why I'd recommend you stick with a retail CPU for a while.

With the Thermalright True Spirit CPU cooler, could I get the 3570K to 4.5GHz?

Get the OCZ.
Will do

Thermalright TrueSpirit 120, Matterhorn Pure, Coolermaster 612S, Gelid Tranquillo.

How about the Thermalright True Spirit 140? £15 more

It's alright if it's abit over the budget

Do I need some thermal paste?

Looks good olivier has helped you well :)

Personally I'd look at the matterhorn or the CM 612S as they have more copper heatpipes which should help keep the CPU cooler. The 612S comes with a tube of paste the matterhorn has a lil sachet of paste supplied.

What case do you have? It's important to make sure these heatsinks will fit as well as the 6950 GPU

With the Thermalright True Spirit CPU cooler, could I get the 3570K to 4.5GHz?

Maybe. It's a voltage thing. Limit voltage to 1.325V and see how high the chip can go. Why 4.5GHz matters?

How about the Thermalright True Spirit 140? £15 more
I'd get the matterhorn Pure / CM 612S if you want to spend more.

Do I need some thermal paste?
No.

No.
Which one should I choose? Matterhorn Pure or CM 612S? Is it better than Thermalright True Spirit 120? Are they good?
