Steam Summer Sale: What's on your list?

You would think, for all the hype, that the sumer sales would trump all.

My first steam summer sales, so maybe i was expecting too much. There was a 20+ page thread about it so was kind of pumped for it.

Just be patient. Strategy is, don't buy anything unless its on a Daily/Flash Deal as that is as low as it will go. Then on the last day sweep up anything you have on your "wish list" that didn't appear as a daily.

Where did you find those badges? I cant see them anywhere on my steam client.

Was going to get the Bethesda pack but was very disappointed that it doesnt have fallout 3 or oblivion. Seems to me like an upsale on skyrim i.e. you want skyrim well have some 2nd rate games as well for a similar normal sale price. Not happy.

I saw it in GAME & Gamestation, I also saw Fallout 3 GOTY in HMV for £10 if that's of any interest.

I've gone for Terraria and Shogun 2: Rise of the Samurai expansion to complete the collection, £3 for both, absolute steal!

+1, most disappointing pack in the sale.

I'm suprised how fast my games are downloading. Usually in the steam sales i get the old server unavailable message when i try to download. Getting max speeds today which is a bonus, tho the store page is all over the place as usual!

I love how Valve have done nothing to prepare for these sales, Its taken me over 20 minutes to get Terraria into my cart, now it'll probably take longer to find Rise of the Samurai let alone put it in my cart! Fail Valve!
