tip for you all,
add your money to your steam wallet then you can buy the games near much more quickly. & you can manage your budget better
What I'm considering doing. Had abit of a hiccup earlier where steam thought I hadn't paid for the game due to receiving an error after paying with PayPal.
The money had actually been paid so my account didn't get restricted, just had to wait a while for steam to realised I had paid.
Really don't like my chances of getting my account locked atleast once in this sale if I continue to use PayPal XD

It reminds me of Silent Hill a bit. A creepy atmospheric kind of game. I thought it looked pretty compelling at that price.

User reviews are mostly bad because it came out so long after the XBox, most are just people moaning that PC gamers weren't treated like the superior class of gamer that we are.

despite the shoddy feedback I realy enjoyed Bioshock2, MP was good fun too.

Looks good to me.
Heard good things about Alan wake and well for that price.
and as for Payday it's a good game in general and if you have friends to play it with it's great. Got it only recently in the Amazon.com sales
Edit: And yes agreed. Can a moderator lock the other thread. Tired of looking through both of them... XD
Alan wake was a massive let down, the graphics are nice and the story telling is decent, but the combat mechanics are terrible, and unfortuntely combat makes up the meat of the game. Even at £5 i probably would avoid it simply because i would rather spend that £5 on something that i will actually play...
