Basically I got screwed over by someone on ebay, they never paid me but I have their name and address.

Is there anything lawful I can do to get a tiny bit of revenge.

I thought about takeaways but all this does it make the takeaway lose money which isn't really fair. I also thought about redirecting their mail but this costs over a tenner and is probably fraud too :/

Is there anything I can do, or should I just get over it?

So you know where he lives, so why aint you over there kicking seven shades of poop out of him till you get your money?

Because he would go to prison for GBH. As someone stated above, just open a dispute on paypal and if that fails go through the small claims court if you don't mind paying the fees.

Did you give them the item without payment?

No they've just not paid and as a result I opened a case but I'm still waiting for the 7 days to end so I can relist it for free, damn annoying.

It's annoying because ebay won't punish this person at all. I was speaking to some mates about it a few days ago and one of my mates admitted to having done this at least 4 times, apparently all ebay do is just send a warning message and that's it...

Is this the same eBayer you started a thread about the other week asking if you should take a CCJ out on them?

I don't think it will be a hard thing to prove. There is motive for getting scammed on ebay, he knows the address and most likely they'll catch his car nearby on a CCTV.

Lol, all they've done is put me out a bit, they haven't run my dog over or anything. I just want to prank them somehow but keep within the law.

Okay, so they are time wasters. Then absolutely nothing will by done legally as money has not exchanged hands nor has the item. I believe ebay suspend accounts that have multiple unpaid item reports.

Yes, people in this thread have actually suggested small claims court...

Not going to bother wasting that much time and effort, just going to relist and hope I get near the amount I should have been paid.

Did you really need another thread then?

You've probably lost more time plotting your revenge than you'll lose filing a non-paying bidder report and relisting.

OP being a phagocyte.

Allegedly.
